DEVELOPMENT
Our specialized team leads the comprehensive development of solar and storage projects, managing environmental, sectoral, building, and interconnection permits under the highest standards—including IFC.
Through coordinated work across engineering, legal, and territorial management, we turn viable initiatives into shovel-ready projects suitable for successful due diligence.
Each stage is executed with technical rigor, regulatory compliance, and long-term vision.
EPC
We are EPC specialists in the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of PV plants.
We have in-house teams and over 80 permanent field collaborators with recognized market know-how.
Our approach ensures efficient, safe, traceable works executed under strict quality, safety, and schedule-compliance standards.
O&M
Our O&M subsidiary uses cutting-edge technology to operate and maintain PMGD-segment PV plants, maximizing performance and efficiency.
We have an interdisciplinary team of over 60 people operating and maintaining 60 plants owned by oEnergy and strategic clients.

We believe in continuous improvement and comply with the industry’s highest quality standards.
Policy in force since April 2023: Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Community Relations—commitment to an integrated management system based on ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015; ISO 45001:2018; ISO 50001:2018; and ISO 55001:2014.
In March 2024 we obtained certification of our Management System under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Health & Safety).
Asset Management
Our dedicated Asset Management team handles the administration and commercial exploitation of PV plants to maximize revenues from energy and capacity sales.
We provide accounting, technical, and regulatory advisory services and act as counterpart to the National Electrical Coordinator (CEN).
We also support the structuring of PPAs as part of financial and operational strategies to secure stable revenues and project bankability.
Environmental commodities — the transition with backing
We promote environmental-value instruments as part of our commitment to a cleaner, traceable energy mix.
We facilitate access to International Renewable Energy Certificates (I-RECs), which accredit the renewable origin of electricity and support sustainability goals for companies, industries, and regulated or voluntary markets.
These mechanisms make environmental attributes visible and transferable, encouraging broader participation in the energy transition.
