oEnergy is a Chilean independent power producer (IPP) specializing in development, generation, and utility-scale energy storage, with a portfolio that integrates solar, hybrid, and standalone BESS projects.

We develop and operate assets across multiple regions of Chile, supporting flexibility and reliability in a power system undergoing structural change.

Our O&M subsidiary manages operational assets, with an emphasis on technical performance and continuity of supply.

oEnergy's development mirrors the evolution of Chile's power system over the past decade—from the expansion of distributed generation to larger-scale, integrated energy solutions.

Start of operations, focused on renewable energy project development.

Commissioning of the first solar project under the Net Billing scheme (30 kW), consolidating a focus on distributed generation.

Joint venture with German company Sybac for the development of 36 MW of solar PMGD projects.

Award of 21 MW of PMGD projects and creation of oEnergy's construction subsidiary, incorporating EPC capabilities.

Launch of O&M operations with contracts for 10 solar PMGD plants and creation of oEnergy O&M.

Development of a 300 MW portfolio of PMGD projects, financed with the company's own capital.

Joint venture with Blue Elephant Energy for a 113 MW PMGD portfolio. Closing of structured project financing with DEG (KfW). Transition to IPP.

Senior and subordinated financing with CIFI for the construction and operation of 70 MW of PMGD projects owned by the company.

Expansion into energy storage: development of 3 GW of standalone BESS projects and 600 MW of hybrid projects (PV + BESS).

Commissioning of one of the first hybrid PMGD projects (PV + BESS) in Chile.

Construction and consolidation of the Pingüino Emperador (44.7 MWdc), Cóndor Solar (113.3 MWdc) and Águila Solar (36 MWdc) portfolios, expanding oEnergy's generation capacity at the national level.
